Due to a hamstring injury, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has stated that striker Roberto Firmino will be out for some time.
Despite only coming on at the halfway mark for Sadio Mane, the Brazilian international was forced to leave the field in the second half of their 2-0 triumph over Atletico Madrid on Wednesday night.
While Firmino is sidelined, Klopp expects Diogo Jota to step in and fill the vacuum left by the Brazilian, as the Portuguese has always proven capable of scoring when called upon.

Despite Firmino and Keita’s injuries, Klopp will be pleased to learn that Fabinho and Thiago Alcantara are fit for the remainder of the season, with the latter replacing the Brazilian international at the 60-minute mark in Wednesday’s win.
