Barcelona striker Ousmane Dembele has been fined for arriving late to a training session.
The Blaugrana have apparently been given ten stringent rules to observe following the confirmation of former midfielder Xavi as Ronald Koeman’s successor.
One of Xavi’s principles is for players to arrive 90 minutes early for training, and the 41-year-old is also said to have brought back fines.
Dembele arrived three minutes late for Friday’s morning session, according to The Mirror, and will be fined, just days after Xavi praised the Frenchman’s abilities.
Dembele has yet to commit his future to the Blaugrana beyond 2022, but Xavi is optimistic that a deal can be struck to keep the 24-year-old at Camp Nou.

Due to injury, Dembele has only played 25 minutes of football all season, coming off the bench in the Champions League against Dynamo Kiev.
